Basso IV is the first Czech electric bass guitar made in Hradec Kralove, Czechoslovakia. Introduced in 1960, its design is based on the Star , or Futurama II (export version), which was a two- pickups relative of infamous Futurama/Gracioso solidbody guitar.

The bass on the left looks stock, while the one on the right is modified - notice the pickups, bridge and control knobs.
